**Changes for Suppliers**

In September GrainLNG the new procurement system went live, an integral part of this new system is strengthening the approach to building a safe, sustainable, and high‑performing supply chain. As part of this, we are partnering with Achilles, a global leader in supply chain risk management.

**What is changing and why?**

From now on, we are enhancing our supplier prequalification, contract management and assurance processes to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and stakeholder expectations across key areas such as:

• Health, safety and wellbeing  
• Environmental and quality performance  
• Cyber security and financial stability  
• Ethical business practices/Social and corporate responsibility

Achilles enables us to validate supplier information in a consistent, efficient, and transparent way -supporting compliance and strengthening long‑term partnerships.
